We exist so New Jersey property owners can get laboratory data without being sold a removal job in the same visit.
Our model
NJ Professional Testing is an independent inspection and sampling company. Technicians document conditions, collect mold, asbestos, or lead samples, and send them to accredited laboratories. We do not perform mold remediation, asbestos abatement, or lead abatement.
Why New Jersey
The state’s housing mix includes pre-war cities, 1950s–1970s suburbs, shore properties, and flood-prone basements. Those conditions drive demand for mold, asbestos, and lead answers in one place.
